Jessica is Napa’s Caregiver of the Month

Jessica M EOM Napa's CaregiverJessica Martinez has been chosen for employee of the month for June because she an awesome caregiver. Jessica has been with Hired hands since August 2015. Jessica is caring, compassionate, and patient when dealing with her client. She’s always willing to pick up an extra shift or come in early or stay late. She is always team player. We are always receiving feedback from her client’s family on “how amazing she is” and “I wish I could clone her”.

Jessica enjoys taking care of client’s with Alzheimer, or that are developmentally disabled. Jessica was raised in a family of care givers, and truly enjoys taking care of others. On top going to school full time Jessica has a 1 year old she loves to spend time with. She also enjoys outdoor activities, like running, hiking, and swimming. Jessica is a perfect example of what a Hired Hands care giver looks like.
