Hired Hands Homecare Receives Prestigious Best of Home Care Award for the THIRD year in a row!

Quality is key – especially when it comes to family.  In order to truly gauge the quality of our services, we contracted with Home Care Pulse, a national firm that closely measures Client and Employee Satisfaction in the caregiving industry.  Our dedication to quality standards earned us their designation, Certified – Trusted Provider.  Hundreds of our clients, their  families, and our amazing caregivers have been contacted by Home Care Pulse to answer a brief survey regarding our quality of service.

Hired Hands is proud to have been awarded Home Care Pulse’s prestigious “Best of Home Care” status for now our third consecutive year.  Given to only select agencies nationally that rate in the top percentile in client and employee satisfaction ratings, this recognition ranks Hired Hands Homecare among a select few of the best caregiving companies in the country.

How were we selected? The selection process for the “Best of Home Care” award includes direct feedback from both clients and employees, and rates our agency in training, communication, quality of care, company morale, problem resolution, and recommendation of services.  Your valuable input helps highlight our strengths, as well as opportunities for improvement, which is critical to our dedication to be not only the best home care provider in our community, but also the best employer.

There are a lot of home care providers out there, and we are honored that the people whom we work for rate us as the highest in quality care.  Thanks for your continued input… we’re listening!
