Erin Winter, VP of Operations
Homecare Director, Pleasanton

Some of Erin’s earliest childhood memories are of going on pro bono home health visits in rural North Carolina with her mom Lynn, then a home health RN.  Erin learned the profound effects that an extra touch, attention, a smile and hug have on elderly home-bound patients.  She also learned the wisdom they can impart to us when we take the time to listen.

Flash forward 20 years and Erin, Mark and Lynn are captaining their own homecare company and making a positive difference in people’s lives everyday, including our clients, their families, and our invaluable caregivers.  Erin is honored to have assisted thousands of families in navigating the often complex and difficult journey of eldercare.

Learning from and helping each individual she encounters is Erin’s passion.  She has stayed very involved in the local healthcare community: long time leader of the Marin County Section on Aging; former Board Member of Senior Access; dedicated committee member of the Marin Senior Resources Forum and Marin Healthcare Collective.  Erin is committed to playing an active, integral role to ensure secure and happy lives for the Seniors she touches on a daily basis.

Most recently Erin has opened a new Hired Hands Homecare office in Pleasanton, bringing her professionalism and compassion for senior care to the Tri-Valley community.
