Vivian is Vibrant!

Today we’re proud to celebrate Vivian as our next Caregiver of the Month!

Vivian has just recently joined Hired Hands and we are so lucky to have her!  She’s a recent graduate and is pursuing a career in nursing.  From day one, she came in with such vibrance, enthusiasm and a strong desire to help others.  Vivian had no hesitation when I asked her if she would be willing to start with a high skill level client that we had an immediate need for.  She jumped right in with both feet and soaked up all of the tips and recommendations the care team offered her.  Every day she is going above and beyond and is making great progress and with her often challenging client.

When we went to visit Vivian at her client’s home, she was so surprised to be honored as our Caregiver of the Month.  She then quickly gave a full detailed report on her client and the progress she’s been making.  We are so impressed with how she interacts with our client and realized that we have never seen her client so vocal and looking so good!  While Vivian’s client is non-verbal, she now has so much to express and in the form of hugs and holding her hand.  It is truly so rewarding and touching to witness.  Vivian is truly an amazing caregiver with the biggest heart, and delivers care in the most professional way.

A big Thank You and Congratulations to Vivian!  It is an absolute pleasure to have you on our team.  You are truly a special person and we appreciate you very much!
