Senior care is an extremely rewarding but challenging field to be in. We’re dealing with all sorts of people on a daily basis. Our outstanding Management Team communicates constantly with our dedicated Caregivers. We work closely with the senior we are assisting, as well as their family, community partners, and medical team to make sure everything is going according to plan. We’re very proud of our reputation of closely managing our cases, but sometimes, things don’t go exactly the way they are supposed to.
With all those variables, occasionally we get thrown a curve ball or two. This week was a good example. The Eighth Annual Fall Prevention Awareness Day will be celebrated on September 23, 2015 – the first day of fall. As such, we’d love to spread the word about all things Fall Prevention. Rossana Impresses in Pleasanton!
We are honored to introduce Rossana as our May 2015 Caregiver of the Month in Pleasanton! Rossana brings a wealth of knowledge to work everyday, and specializes in working with our clients experiencing dementia. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, soccer, and movies. On top of that, she is fluently bilingual in English and Spanish, and has a beautiful Siberian Husky.
